Lifeazy operates through an enquiry system rather than direct online booking. Customers submit an enquiry through the website, after which our team contacts them through WhatsApp or other communication methods to discuss product availability, rental duration, pricing, delivery, and other details. Rental agreements are confirmed only after mutual communication and confirmation from both parties.
Lifeazy aims to maintain a transparent and fair refund process. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service, rental duration, and agreement terms discussed during the communication process. Each refund request will be reviewed based on the specific rental arrangement agreed upon between the customer and Lifeazy.
Our services provide flexible rental durations that may range from a few weeks to several months or even up to 1–2 years. The refund policy remains applicable to all rental durations regardless of the selected rental period. Customers are encouraged to confirm all terms and conditions during the communication process before proceeding with the rental agreement.
If a customer decides to cancel the rental arrangement before delivery of the rented products, they may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on whether any service preparation, transportation, or administrative costs have already been incurred.
If the cancellation request is made after the products have been delivered and installed, refunds may be limited. The refund amount, if applicable, will be calculated after deducting usage charges, delivery costs, and any service or logistical expenses already incurred.
For example, if a customer agrees to a 1-year rental plan but chooses to discontinue the service after a few months, the refund will be calculated after deducting the rental charges for the duration the products were used along with any applicable service or early termination charges. The remaining amount, if applicable, may be refunded according to the agreed terms.
Customers are responsible for maintaining rented items in good condition during the rental period. If products are returned with damages beyond normal wear and tear, repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the refundable amount. Proper care and responsible use of rented items are required throughout the rental duration.
If a security deposit is collected as part of the rental agreement, it will be refunded after the rental period ends and the products are returned in acceptable condition. Lifeazy may conduct a basic inspection of the items before approving the deposit refund.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after product return, inspection, and final confirmation. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or through another mutually agreed payment method during communication with the customer.
