Agreement
By renting any electronic equipment from [LIFEAZY], the renter (“X”) agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
Customers must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide valid identification.(PAN,AADHAR, Emergency contact detail)
Rental Period
- The rental period begins on the day the customer receives the equipment.
- Rental locking periods should be for 11 months from agreement date.
- Late returns may incur additional charges.
Payment & Security Deposit
- 3 months refundable advance and 1 month rental advance.
- Full payment is required before equipment release.
- Payment methods accepted: [Bank transfer,UPI.Cash]
- Payment needs to done by 5th of every month. After that fine will be added as 100rs per day.
Use of Equipment
- Customers must not alter or modify the equipment.
- Installation free. (AC installation will be chargeable separately)
- Product delivery amount needs to pay by client.
Damage, Loss, and Theft
- Customers are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- Repairing cost would be 50% taken care by company and 50% would be customer side.
- In case of physical damage 100% will be taken care by customer.
Inspection and Acceptance
- Equipment must be inspected upon delivery/pick-up.
- Any pre-existing damages must be reported immediately.
- Silence implies acceptance of equipment in good condition.
Return Conditions
- Missing accessories amount have to pay by customer.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations before 8 months would not be allowed .
- If you want to refund before 8months your advance will be deducted.
- Customer have to give 30 days notice period.
Privacy Policy
Customer data will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
